These terms and conditions apply to the Tysiąc 1000 – Polish rules app for Android (hereby referred to as "Application"), created by Tiny Pixel Island (tinypixelisland@gmail.com), hereby referred to as "Service Provider". The Application is free and shows ads. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
The Application is the Polish card game Tysiąc, played against computer opponents on your device. Points in the game have no monetary value and nothing can be won or wagered. The Application needs an Android device running Android 7.0 or newer. It works without an internet connection; a connection is used only to show ads and to make the purchase described below.
You may install and use the Application for your own, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute the Application, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it. All rights to the Application, including its code, graphics and name, remain with the Service Provider. The Application includes open-source components, such as fonts, which are used under their own licences.
The Application shows at most one ad after a finished match, never during a deal. The optional one-time "Bez reklam" purchase turns the ads off for good. It is sold and paid for through Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service, which also cover refunds. The purchase belongs to your Google account and is restored automatically when you install the Application on another device with the same account.
If something in the Application does not work as it should, write to tinypixelisland@gmail.com or use "Zgłoś błąd" in the Application. The Service Provider will reply within 14 days. Complaints about payments and refunds are handled by Google Play.
The Service Provider may update the Application, change its features, or stop providing it. An update may be needed to keep using the Application or the "Bez reklam" purchase on newer versions of Android.
The Application is provided "AS IS". The Service Provider does its best to make the rules and the scoring correct, but does not guarantee that the Application is free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.

The Service Provider may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page together with the date below. Changes never apply to a purchase already made to your disadvantage.
